In 1996 a comprehensive report on tissue dielectric properties was produced by Camelia Gabriel and Sami Gabriel, then of Kings College London, for the USAF. Both scientists have now left Kings College, and Dr Camelia Gabriel is MCL's Managing Director.

The tissue dielectric properties database has been made available to the EMF Dosimetry Handbook Project by the USAF and is hosted on these pages.
